Machines | Kingaroy(SE Queensland Australia) Vintage Machinery Show September 20th 2014

A two hour run in the car west from Caboolture saw myself and fellow you tuber "is 1943" arrive in Kingaroy for this years vintage machinery show at the Kingaroy airport. An impressive lineup of vintage tractors (including three pristine Lanz Bulldog machines) together with stationary engines, a sole traction engine (a rare Case 50hp tandem compound) and some International and Mack trucks made for an interesting five hours of entertainment. Kingaroy is still primarily a agricultural area and is famous for growing peanuts withs its rich red soil. Sadly as far as i know only one Australian manufacturer actually uses home grown peanuts in their Peanut Butter, such is life in the global economy in the 21st century. Fellow You Tuber "is 1943" has also loaded up some more detailed shorter videos of the same event which I can recommend.
