Kazakhstan Minister of Agriculture Asylzhan Mamytbekov came to Akmola Oblast to unveil a new granary. KazAgro (government arm facilitating development of agriculture in Kazakhstan) helped private investors launch the new granary in central Kazakhstan. The 32 000 grain storage facility worth over 3 million dollars is owned by Tonkeris Grain Collecting Station Ltd. It is equipped with drying machines from Argentina, a laboratory with automated sampling equipment from Switzerland and other foreign equipment most which came from Spain.
