I don't give fuck what people say, I love John deer

What a rig-job! APPLES TO ORANGES is all I see. A fully loaded Deere against a base-modle Kubota from a different/lower class.
-
Notice the smaller kubota tractor

55e is awesome

Two tone paint and marketing BS is about all John Deere has to offer

Comparing a 5055E to a tractor that's not even in the same class. Why do I say this because my son has a JD 5065M and a Kubota MX5100. The 5065M as far as frame size isn't that much different than the 5055E but the MX5100 or any of the MX series for that matter aren't even close to a 5000E series tractor that can go all the way up 100hp. The 5065M here on the farm amazes me at what it can do but this one of the worst comparisons by Deere I've seen yet. Weight, wheelbase, track width, frame size are way different between these two tractors. BTW: If you're going to throw it in that there's no column mounted Power Reverser on the MX5200 why not mention that the Kubota has an available Hydro option, where's hydro option on the 5000 series? Also no mention of where this Deere is made like some of the other comparisons but I guess that's because it's made in India. Deere you make some great equipment, my wife and sons farm uses a lot of your stuff, a square baler, round baler, 3pt. spreader, grain drill, corn planter, grain cart and a tractor sorry but your apples to oranges comparisons make you look desperate. The Kubota M5660SUHD would have been a better comparison.

Notice how they hit the John Deere hood with a different style hammer then the one used on the Kubota. The one used on the Deere is a soft and light weight dead blow. The one used on the Kubota is much harded faced and most likely swung with much more force. If your gonna compare something at least make it fair.

You are bending the facts on the service. Brakes and clutch just require inspection, not adjustment... Only if necessary. Your point is just sales rhetoric and nothing more.
If small Deere's were still king you wouldn't have to post silly comparisons. By the way the plastic hoods and fenders shouldn't be used on lawn mowers let alone on a farm tractor! Plastic bodies are cheap and look terrible after a few years in the sun. Plus all the Made in China and Made in India components need to go. What happen to Made in the USA?
Deere please focus on building exceptionally high quality tractors as you did up until the late 90's. Don't let the bean counters and suits ruin the Deere name as they have with all the other fine American equipment companies. -
