No18 Jelbart Tractor with drum winch on back wheel. Made in Ballarat around 1920 by the Jelbart company. The No 18 indicates it would do the work of an 18 horse team . To give you an idea of size, that back wheel is just over 6ft high.1800mm. Video's not great it was a quick one of my phone. Cheers.
