I'm impressed. I've seen dual arms twist more than that with less weight to one side. That's a good amount of weight to one side especially the log acting as a lever.
-
I'm concerned about t he one arm. They did it on left side of JCB now what about the right side. if you notice the strain on left side of grapple on JCB. Are these machines safe? Looks like Volvo has there hands on JCB , sorry I'm kinda in the market , I like the Case and Wacker Neuson.

u know whats funny JCB is getting there butts sued becuse how there machine is designed with just the one arm it killed people becuse how it flipped. And also if you were to do that wit a bobcat t870 that JCB would not lift it but the t870 could lift the JCB!
-
Too bad they didn't try it with the Bobcat after..
-
I think thats just them showing that their boom isn't weak.

The JCB is a track model
So it's a lot heavier -
I am interested in purchasing one of these units but the other commenter is correct. Look at the twist on that grapple bucket.
I would like someone from JCB to reply with a little more information as to why that is acceptable.
I know they have a lifetime warranty on the arm but this video is making me think twice. -
At :30 look at the bottom of the buckets. It appears as if the JCB is slanted, whereas the Bobcat machine is not. This would indicate the two armed model is stronger and more stable. I think the JCB has a great design, clean burning diesel, nice cockpit amenities, easy side access ... they have a lot of things going, but I still think the bobcat is a better machine. You can remote control bobcats now too.
