well thats what youget for having a bicycle without a suspension
-
god i hate jihadist cyclists... at some point in my lifetime all cyclists became saints so now they can do nothing wrong...
-
I did something worse than toothpaste displacement.. suffice it to say that I was bored and I found a spray can for relieving joint and muscle pain. I still wince at the thought.

At least Clarkson has kids; he doesn't have to worry about his shattered testicles.

I know this is mostly a joke, but can I just rant for a second? No one has to listen.
Cycling is a fantastic solution to so many problems. It is by far the most efficient form of transportation ever devised by humans, and as such, it uses drastically less energy than a car. It emits no pollution, takes massively fewer resources to build and maintain, takes up less space (in storage and on the roads), and it helps to keep you healthy! All at the same time.
And it's great for car enthusiasts as well: most people don't really care about cars, and only use them as a utilitarian transport. The more people that ride bicycles, the more space there is on the roads for car enthusiasts, the more fuel there is for car enthusiasts, and the more pollution we can afford to put out. If most regular people rode bicycles, there would be a massive net reduction in pollution and energy consumption, which would allow car enthusiasts to continue to use their cars without worry. It's the same exact concept as electric cars or any other renewable energy transportation.
And this is all coming from someone who is both a lifelong car enthusiast, and a cycling enthusiast. These things can co-exist; there is no need for competition between them. Ride your bike to work, and drive on the weekends just for fun. It's a wonderful solution. -
