I've seen some fine hunting shotguns in gunstores made by Breda, didn't know it had ww2 heritage.
-
is it me or did that gun look like it has a hell of a recoil or what?
-
Man.. what a piece of shit, no wonder everyone kicked italians ass
-
With all the other weapon designs floating around, just a simpler belt or mag like the MG15 the Germans converted for ground use could have worked. This gun seems a lot more complicated than it should be.

battlefield 1
-
wow, the barrel is actually really short. anybody know what it's exact length was?
-
Heh......there's not much to it.
-
I think the only problem of this weapon was the magazine system...
-
I want one !!
-
I remember this gun from call of duty 2 big red one it used carcano stripper clips to load which wouldn't work irl

ww1 had the Chauchat (30-06 conversion);
ww2 had the Breda m30 -
Still, that Italian LMG was still prone to jamming while firing 'cause of the stripper clip so, still prefer a British Bren
-
There is a very good reason why we Italians lost second world war, this gun surely didn't help
-
This gun was shit. Really. Worst than Chauchat or Johnson..
-
The front of the gun reminds me of of the degtyarev DP 28
-
Very cool! I know these were notorious for jamming, but it's cool to see one like this! I also noticed that it has a very distinct sound when firing.
-
bad gun (´・ω・)p
(…but i like this) -
Well well, I never knew till this video the Breda 30 had a quick change barrel. That feature alone makes it more viable as an LMG than a BAR. I can't understand the archaic magazine design, of all countries Italy seemed to produce the strangest feed designs like this and the Fiat Rebellion with its crazy brass catching box magazine.

this thing is bizarre but awesome
