Yo Elliot I have been watching your videos for years now! I started watching you 3. 4 maybe 5 years ago (im 19) and you gave me the motivation to work out, but the right way! .... I do barbell curls, shoulder presses and bench press.... I've only recently joined the gym and started doing Lat pull down! Ever since I can remember, perhaps from birth.... I have had anterior pelvic tilt (donald duck but) and rounded shoulders and forward head posture.... I watch the majority of your videos on loads of topics and I do stretches for the problems I've a dressed and just in general....
although I wonder if for anterior pelvic tilt, stretching my quads would fix this problem? and how I could stretch my hip flexors in doing so!
I also wonder if just retracting my rhomboids would fix my rounded shoulders?

can you do the same streches daily? do you need warm up?

I have found a very useful book about stretches a few years ago, the book is called STRETCHING ANATOMY. It has much more stretches that i have seen anywhere else. IT helps Improving flexibility, strength, and strength endurance.

I get pain in my back when trying to do a simple toe touch from a standing position, mainly when I lower my neck, am I doing something wrong?

a good one i'd like to share for calf muscles to get a really deep stretch is to stand on the edge of a step and allow your heel to drop down this way you can use the whole of your bdy weight to press down on the stretch feels great!
