Labeling makes troubleshooting much better you're not guessing or toning out the wire to figure out where it's at.

IF you pull patch panel-to-panel rather than panel-to-jack: what is your recommended method for identifying the cables? If the panel is pre-labeled, I need to identify the cables on the second end before they are punched down. Is a Tone-and-probe Tool the best/only option?

The guy behind the camera just has to be right about the identification. His method is way less efficient than pre-labeling them.
