I have been lifting for over 35 years and honestly I have gotten to to point where I could give a shit less what some people say as far as this issue. The big three is fine but not everyone is built to do all of these movements and I think allot of people are so brain washed they are not even listening to their bodies. I am not a big fan of bench press or deadlifts. Especially deadlifts. Allot of people in YouTube go and on and on about the big three but are they big. Probably not.

great video Marc! This is just another way to look at fitness and reaching a goal physique and getting strong by different methods just by knowing your body! Fully respect the outlook and the approach that you are showing us through your training vids and then flat out telling us that you dont bench, squat or deadlift for certain reasons, but you have modified exercises that are just like those lifts but used in a different way! Awesome approach, thank again

Im 28 and just hurt my back which effected my shoulder doing a sloppy dumbbell row. I am taking my sweet ass time warming up now I dont care if my buddy crys about time. Play it safe guys if you mess up a shoulder almost everything is effected. I wish more gyms had hammer strength machines.
