Interesting. I looked it up ...... Popovics said Parker (the truck driver) was pulling an empty dump trailer south on Route 79. He took the onramp for 195 west. The dump container was still in the raised position, Popovics said, and the upper portion hit the overpass. The force of impact separated the trailer from the tractor.
