to me i can shift with left hand, not right hand lol

Sorry but you got the buttons mixed up. The small button on the side of the stick shift is the SPLITTER and the toggle in the front of the stick shift is called the SELECTOR.

boom on wheels

Now that's a man

splitter is the one in front range selector is where your thumbs at. the splitter splits low gears-LO-5, high gears 6-10 hence the name "splitter"
range selector is HI/LOW in every gear HI range/LOW range. -
everybody do what they do in there own way. everybody got there own style

No you can't 10spd is junk 18spd you shift it like a 9spd,13spd or 18spd this guy is goofy the rang selector is the lever I front of stick the spilter is the thumb switch

Ok let me get all technical here for yah.
Main splitter (black switch) that is high and low range!
Side splitter (grey for 18 speed) is for splitting half gears. When the grey switch is back position that is called in direct! Then when you push the button forward that is called overdrive! Really leave the grey splitter in he back position when gearing up and not using half gears during up shifting since you will always be in the higher ratio of the gear your in which greatly reduces torque and power. Then once in top gear then push grey button forward forward (18 gear) for overdrive -
so you dont have to double clutch ??? stupid trucking instructors lol

The grey switch is the spliter the front switch is the high low range 😄

I'm looking at a 2016 W9 with an 18spd;
I'm currently in a 2010 Pete 387 with an Eaton 10spd; can I shift like a 10spd?
