Want Bright Back Up Lights? Rig up your auxiliary lights to come on when you go in reverse. I show you the step by step process of how I wired my truck with a relay so when I put the truck in reverse, the LED reverse lights come on with the stock reverse lights. Very nice, neat job . Very informative with the relay, guess I could do some forward fog lights in a similar fashion .

Chris fix my Gmas car has a low tire pressure signal going off and it's not telling me which tire how will I figure it out .
-
Chris your videos are amazing as always, hey if I was you I would draw power for the kill switch from my parking lights so that even if the switch is on and I reverse in daytime it wouldn't waste the energy and will make more sense if those reverse lights would run only with parking lights (used in nighttime) and also you will always have the kill switch if it's daytime and lights are on and you selectively didn't want them to come on :) what you think ?

When is the bed light video coming out?

Factory made trailer electrical connection on vehicle 2009 F-150 Lariat. All light work on truck. on trailer all lights work except running lights on trailer. Test meter shows no power to male plug in at manufactured trailer electrical connection on truck. How do you find the issue. Does this signal have a separate fuse? How do you further trouble shoot.

hey chris, great video as always, as I watched your video I had a doubt since im installing a pair of led lights as fog lights 36w each, do you think it will be better if I get a relay per light or one will be enough? also what fuse size and relay do I go to? hahaha at first I tought to just wire em straight up into the battery a piggy backed fuse and the switch

Hi you're one of the only YouTube's that I watch who has responded to me

this Ques. might be childish...but then also i am asking...why u used relay in this setup...? u could have used direct setup from reverse light to auxiliary lights...(i.e., positive from auxiliary should go to the positive of stock reverse..this way to u would have got it worked when u reverse your vehicle)...what was the benefit of relay...?
... by the way good job...keep it up...i really enjoy ur videos...they are very detailed and helpful...thanx.. -
Do u have to have a relay, could u use power from the back of a cigarette socket and bridge them in there, only comes on with ignition and put an extra fuse in for a drl light that is 10w a piece and 15 w for a mini spot light . My cigarette lighter has a 20 amp fuse and only shares it with the reverse lights and combined the drl and spots only use around 6 amps in total.

Hey ChrisFix it guy, I was wondering if you can fix relationships? Mine is broke. lol
-
Crisis. . i have a question i want to add one more brake light in my truck. can i just tap in to my factory light ???
-
I was wondering if you could also wire a switch into this. So you could still have them turn on when your in reverse but you could also switch them on and off
-
nice work dude
-
Chris are you going to repair that negative battery terminal soon? Looks pretty bad.
-
Instead of using 2 crimp on barrel connectors to splice in fuse; Why not connect one side of fuse holder to battery and use only one splice?
This keeps fuse closer to battery, and less connections means less chances of corrosion or failure.
otherwise good video. -
excellent job, I got a question I want to install the back up lights in my truck but I already have a backup sensors installed to the reverse light what can you suggest me to do in order to sincronice both devices with only one reverse light wire? thanks
