My last year as a landscape foreman I was stuck in a dead end job, made $24,000 and barely had enough to make the bills let alone pay off debt and student loans. Coming home to eviction and shut off notices and fighting with my wife over money problems. I remember being out to eat at a restaurant with her and some friends one evening and I was in so much financial anxiety over the bills that I excused myself into the restaurant bathroom and had an emotional breakdown. #thefinebros Then... My friend Dave taught me some valuable small business tips that changed my life forever and in only 6 weeks I was making enough money following his advice doing side jobs that I replaced my income and ditched my grass cutting job. My first year in business I doubled my income, 2nd year doubled it again, 3rd year even more than that. Finally, I'm humbly here to teach you the methods I learned to end the suffering and start your own damn landscaping company. The Landscaping Employee Trap Whether you dream of starting your own lawn care, snow removal or landscaping business. It's all a lot easier than you think. You don't need $20,000, a big bank loan or 5 start credit. All you need is a will to win. With a basic understanding of even shrub trimming, tree service, horticulture garden maintenance arboriculture, flowers, botany, gardening or any of the above combined with a will to succeed it's all very possible. Can the Loader at the landscape supply store still load the bed up with mulch or crusher fines? My sidewalls are 48" High. Forgot to consider that when I was building them lol

Hey man, i know i have commented on your stuff before and i don't mean to offend but you keep showing all of this stuff to start a business. You have already started your business and have not purchased any of this equipment, that is the only reason i was saying YOU should buy different equipment. I am not saying someone brand new should do that but you can afford it.

Your save more money with the F-150 I new a lawn care company that bought 3 dump trucks just to cut grass, lots of money wasted for fuel. I would rather have a pickup and make the bed into a dump.

How is it working out with the Chevy 2500 you mentioned about a week ago? You gotta do what you gotta do when it comes to trucks, but for a guy that ALWAYS seems to have a problem with his truck, you don't seem keen on getting a new one. Chassis Cabs are about 10k off for a model year old when they aren't sold and just sit on the lot, throw a dump or flat bed on the back, and you've greatly increased your productivity, cut down time, and also opened a whole new market for your self. You can take away or bring away more material your self, you can pick up a skid steer or what not. On top of that its safer and you look so much more professional. You can also cut fuel costs, a diesel will get far better fuel economy than your f150 and you'll have way, way more capability. Then maybe you can retire that Dakota. You make fun of people that say this, rightly so in many cases, but with that f150 hurtin, you'll be putting almost as much money into that thing, plus lost money, as you would for a new truck payment. Say you have a thousands dollars of work done on the truck, then you lost a thousand bucks of work because of it. That's three months of truck payments and if you had the new truck, you would be making more money each day you work.
