Just tried this with a moderately heavy barbell(still a beginner, rip), managed to get it into position with some difficulty! Thanks alot bud, don't have to pull some crazy acrobatics and risk breaking a bone trying to get it into position to do some home squats now! Gonna give this a try next leg workout! :)

in my gym there is no squat rack do I must have a spotter or i use the parallel bars to pose the barbell

Eh this technique for back-squatting without a rack assumes that the person doing it can (at least once) overhead press what they can squat... for most people, that's not the case. Back squats are all about high weight, low reps. Imo, advising people to put a high weight on their back in this way is potentially dangerous.

I already do this. It becomes difficult when you need to increase the weight.

It's far safer and smarter to just work on pistol squats if you don't have a rack.. if you aren't able to do a pistol (most of us can't) look up a progression and work through the steps. Hungarian split squats are another much safer alternative.

the thing is that i can't reach max weight without a rack, because i cant front squat with that much weight. As for back squat, im having problem hoping the bar above my head in order to put it down.

I do not think I would use the bench press as a poor man's squat rack. Too many moving parts. Sure, I could do it 99 out of 100 times, but that one time I am clumsy would be a memorable mistake. the first technique is a good one, and I have done that many times.
