High drama seen through the streets of Phoenix as a man leads police on a high speed chase allegedly driving a stolen dump truck. The chase ended when he slammed into another car at an intersection sending the truck on its side and the driver took off on foot to only be apprehended a short time later by a citizen swinging his son's baseball bat. (2002)
