HeviCert was contracted by The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) Kosovo Private Enterprise Program (KPEP) and it's representative consulting contractor, Booz Allen Hamilton, to coordinate training with the Road Construction Association of Kosovo (RCAK) to conduct heavy equipment training and certification for its member contractors in the first quarter of 2010.
