This is a new closed loop wash rack with our SCE Bio System, Water Maze Water Blaster , Fiberglass 3 stage interceptor and Landa ENG Hot Water Stationary Natural Gas Unit. This allows the user to blast off solids beforehand with 25 gpm recycled water and then using 200 degree+ recycled hot water effectively clean grease and oil greatly reducing wash times and doing an excellent job of cleaning. And it is all recycled water, keeping in compliance and saving water. We estimate by using an SCE Bio system this location saves 624,000 gallons a year just with the hot water washer. Doesn't include that we also recycle the 25 gpm water blaster. Great investment, great return. Thanks for watching.
