We're on-site today with Robonaut 2 for live demonstrations. While his brother, R2B, is packed on the Discovery Shuttle at the Kennedy Space Center waiting for liftoff, R2A is at GM's Vehicle Engineering Center giving university and high school students the chance to experience the technology and ask both NASA and GM engineers detailed questions. In this video, Timothy, a 9th grader at West Bloomfield High School in Michigan, goes head-to-head with Robonaut 2 during a strength exercise. Check out how it turns out.

@PrinceFillip lol right thats y US robots were used to check the fukushima Nuclear plant and Boston Dynamics has robots that are being made to take abuse like i said Asimo is a toy were as US robotics are being built for dangerous situations and for functional use

I think they need to send some of these guys into the Japan nuclear plants. It's already radiation proof and they can like bury it afterward.
