This video shows a semi truck driver being run over by a large forklift. The forklift has a large load obstructing the forward view and never sees the trucker until it is too late. The forklift knocks down the trucker and then runs over his torso with both the front and rear wheels, which would be instantly fatal. You can see the reaction of the first bystander on the scene.
