A rare vehicle on the preservation scene here in the UK, so well worthy of saving is this 1977 built Cummins 250 powered Foden S90 Haulmaster tractor unit. After a couple of hours cutting back over twenty years of undergrowth and moving many other items including a pile of wheels and tyres there was just enough room to gain access with a large forklift that was luckily on site, because several of the brakes were locked on the rear end had to be lifted using whatever tackle we had with us at the time. This vehicle is to be restored.

The Atkinson on the left, has she got a chance to be saved as well?

If this is at Archers Transport down by the Belfry we used to call in there when they had a cafe. Also they had a woman driver on an eight wheeler when my mum was driving lorries delivering all around that area. I think i ran into Mr Archer senior and chatted with him at Tansley near Matlock, he had brought up a tarmac machine and was getting his 9 hours off there. That must have been about ten years ago now. Fantastic memory inducing stuff you have here. Thank you.
