Not really to realistic, In the roof venting the chainsaw would've also cut through the structure, instantly making the vent falling down, which means it wouldn't need the pike pole, also with the fire on the floor, there are no marks etc showing there was a fire on the floor, however the walls are realistic, also, if there was no fire in the basement then there would be no smoke down there. I'd rate it 4/10 as a super realistic training simulator. This is why firefighters do in real life training, so they know what it FEELS like to be at the fire.

if your a real firefighter just quit.. your going to kill yourself in a real scenario. you vented to much for no reason if that fire was a real one you would have no way to control it.

didn't really need to vent the roof at that point. unnecessarily venting the roof then could have drawn more fire from the first to the second floor. also it wouldn't be practical to drag that 3 1/2" around inside. you'd just tire yourself out.
