Very informative, I am retired now and seriously thinking of doing the tilapia or silver perch, I am told that the silver perch are more tolerant of colder conditions and they are good producers. I would like to eventually be a supplier of produce and fish. thank you for sharing. 😆

@Methodicaljuan. Looks like they have water heaters to do that. I saw a tankless and tank heater in the video. If energy costs are a concern you offset with solar thermal.

@bessarabia7 They do that. You can't do that year round though. Sometimes they just have indoor hatcheries, and grow the fish out in larger bodies of water.
