This is the first of the silage-making shots from our break. Not a lot this time, and no baling, but better than nothing! This farm was visible from the place at which we stayed, Later they were spreading slurry over the stubble. Location is near Kirkby Stephen. I don't know if this was a contractor or the farmer doing the work. Filmed in Cumbria, England, UK.

its d.h and w nicholson we just run the contracting along side the farm. We are back for 2nd cut at the farm you videoed on wednesday. Its a john deere 7400.

great video, this is my dad we contract through the summer bailing and silageing and slurry, rough muck fert etc too. This was our first silage spot of 2015 near kirkby stephen.

That harvester will always be a legend but it can R.I.P now there is the awesome 8i series but the tractors were great.whats the contractor called. Ps in the new series my favorite is the 8600i
