This is a large farm located in the state of Bahia, Brazil. The Farm has been in the Ventin family for 30 years and has been run in the production of guarana since than. The farm is in the heart of rural Taperoá in an area of predominantly arable farms. The farm enjoys a commanding outlook over beautiful native forests and water courses, 18.64 miles (30 Km) far from Taperoá and few more to the coast (Atlantic Ocean). This is a peaceful unspoilt area and good yields of grass and many goods that are normally obtained, such as Guaraná (main product), Cashew nuts, Coconuts, Cupuaçu, heart of palm, cocoa, pepper, cravo, cassava (mandioc), etc. The land is also ideal to become a cow and fish farm. There is no farmhouse, but only a shed and an area to dry the guaraná. There are lots of natural water fountains and many native forests called Mata Atlântica (with grater animal and vegetal biodiversity than the Amazon forest). The farm extends to 400.31 acres (162,000 square meters). Are you interested? Please e-mail me: ventin@gmail.com
