Do these CNC machines have to be programmed by a human for each move that they do or do they have the ability to calculate and optimize their own movements?
-
Omg.... couldnt they use a mold so they dont have to waste all that materiel

Did anybody else hear "food fight " at 2:40?

Platos: "Everybody is a hero in aluminum"

How is it cutting so fast and without coolant? Is the cutter made from special material?
-
and the price for that WILL BE $1500 !
-
Lot's of chatter on the aluminum piece, even the chamfer tool left chatter marks. I guess for demo purposes it's speed over everything else.
-
Slow tool change.
-
Turn. off image stabilisation!
-
It would be a ton more cost effective to make this part using additive manufacturing. 80% of the original block of metal is scrap.

In 6 years, this will be primitive! Nice machine tool.
-
Pretty nice. My machine is working in 6 axes and it's medium sized, this one is on 3 axes and small sized. True that it's slower than this, but it's slower cause I work mostly tough materials like 1.224 or TOOLOX 44.

I want one!
