M&B had one of these for pulling a big grid roller.

This reminds me of the cat 666 scraper tractors.

I wonder if these exact same types of rigs were used on Oahu plantations? I was born on Oahu in '74 and I remember seeing really BIG cane trucks hauling cane when I was a kid, but I don't remember the particulars. We moved away in '81, so my memories of them ends there when I was 7. I guess there isn't a sugar industry left on the islands, or at least on Oahu. Nice to see this unit though, but it would be better as a running exhibit.

This is a Euclid, not a Terex. All of the Euclids were made with either a Cummins or a Detroit. They weren't all Detroit powered because some companies wanted Cummins motors so you could buy them with either option.

whats this shes never going to go again what a fucking waste oh a beatuful machine :(

You found it, awesome.

Just what my wife needs to nip out to the supermarket;))

I was gonna say that it isn't an authentic display 'cause there's no oil puddle beneath the motor. Then I saw that it wasn't a screamin' Jimmy so it's authentic enough for me! I was surprised to see the brakes on the wagon. Cam brakes, even. Pretty hi-tech stuff on an old Euc-driven cane hauler. Nice vid!

If ya just fly another 5,000 miles to Guam, I'd put a good word in for ya with my relation! They'd have you fattened up on fruit bat and pig in no time at all. Did I mention that they put the beer in different 55 gallon barrels full of ice so you don't have to search for you favorite brand! They have a tank battle field over there that's an eye opener. Plus ya can dive on planes, tanks, road graders, and old Cats that the military ran over a cliff into the ocean! Have a good, safe trip, Todd.

Odd to see a Terex without a Green Grenade powering it.

That's big business there, must have been a mean machine to see running down the road.
