Lmao Nikolai Tesla did/invented this back in what was it 1913 or some shit? He basically took a model T & converted it on the spot with vacuum coils he bought at a local store..Wasn't well received by the 1% back in the day..Suppose they can toss us a crumb now considering they've made close to a trillion dollars since then..This IS what we ALL should've been driving all along!!J.P. Morgan, The Rockefellers, & old drink Mcdrink, Mr Wife Beater himself Thomas Edison Despised him for it..Thanx for finally seeing logic, & charging 80,000 grand for it..This world is so fucked..Amazing car though

Thats incredible! Now I understand the value of owning a Tesla, there is no transmission to worry about. The direct drive just blew my mind! 100% Torque at all speeds. Unbelievable. Of course, its not new, but this is the first I've heard of it!

Bla bla bla, how about a few words on the faulty gearboxes that keep failing because someone apperently forgot to lube a spline. (most likely the spline is underdimesioned, but tesla does all repairs themself so who knows)

still a transmission is good even for this kind of motor-driven car you can get higher speeds and use less current for the motor to keep up the speed

Did you know that Henry Ford Senior's wife drove a Baker electric car, as the gas job were too stinky, noisy, and unreliable.

One of the reasons gas and gas engines and the associated Industries took off was the that the financiers didn't understand that Electric was the better way to go. They were and still are in it for the Money, always have been, always will be.
The big wigs of the day, including Edison and others screwed over Nikola Tesla, we can only imagine how good all our futures would be if these visionaires had been given the miniscule backing they had asked for.
