What a lame GM bureaucrat. Is she stuck in the 1980s? When the market matures then GM will jump in? Nissan and Tesla are developing an EV market. GM is late to the party as usual. California had to force GM to make that EV1 years ago. Government also had to force GM to market the Volt.

GM is the last company Tesla needs advice from. Tesla is years ahead of GM, and every other EV maker in existence. The "issue" with the battery pack is ridiculously overblown. Tesla will take whatever steps necessary. But make no mistake, no other EV on Earth should be mentioned in the same breath with the Model S. All others are less than nothing when compared. The Model S is simply one of the greatest cars in the world.
