I'm guessing this is some actor hired by GM to read their BS statistics on why we consumers must never buy a fully electric car.
-
Oh shit, I should get a tiny little petrol tank for my car.
-
I really enjoyed your video Mrnes :) dope

go blue!

While lowering vehicle emissions is important (car makers are investing £millions into R&D), the availability of fossil fuels is a major cause for concern. Basically, as we stand, when the world (inevitably) runs out of oil, civilisation will cease to exist. Think of the many things - in addition to powering the car, bus, whatever - oil is used for. When it has gone we will have none of that! What a bummer!!

First...The Greedy Insurance Co's need to be bitch-slapped back to commodity status, especially in this transitional stage of development. My strategy is an electric would be good as a neighborhood runabout and the big gas car good for comfortable road trips. This requires at least two cars and a sizable insurance break for all-electric second cars.

Looks more like 24 kg than 20.8 to me. Am I wrong?

a 1-hour chevy volt commercial...BORING.

Future is Lithium Air water batteries, then you ll have a range of 10.000 Miles PER CHARGE! the future is batteries..

We do not need these intellectual types butting in to dictate the dialog. He is paid mouthpiece for GM.

Great Job scripting and presenting the video. Can tell lot of preparation is done in order to cover the important topics and still have a smooth transition through out the video. Very clear animation are created to help understand complex ideas definitely a plus to videos. I've gain a good understanding of EV batteries, thank you for the effort!

not really; full electric Rimac takes ~15 minuts max to get fully recharged ~600miles range
-
If it was the future, they'd have ditched all Petroleum Cars on the car lots and only sell Electric Cars.
-
This guy is a joker. The Volt Is a lousy car. Why does he not use a real electric car. (Tesla model S)
-
I really want to make an Electric Race Car and Car next! When get the cash too!

wach BETTER PLACE (danmark) videos or Kandi machine videos (china), and you will see haw easy should be if the goverments WANTS........!

This is very well presented and informative. Nicely done! I am impressed by the knowledge level of the man speaking. Very good video.

Great video! Very in-depth and realistic look at electric vehicles.
Just one bit of correction. It's been found that the biggest human contributor to CO₂ to the atmosphere is conventional agriculture and ranching practices, as calculated by the Rodale Institute which has studied it for many years. Further, it has been calculated that switching to all organic agriculture would not only produce better food, lower toxins added to the environment, but actually reverse the CO₂ percentage in the atmosphere because it would actually sequester more CO₂ rather than producing substantial amounts as does conventional agriculture and ranching practices. Not to say that petroleum vehicles don't matter, but converting to all electric vehicles has more obstacles than converting agriculture. They are engineering and supply challenges. The amount of known economically recoverable rare earth resources needed to make the motors and batteries currently needed for electric vehicles would supply enough to replace only a tiny fraction of the vehicle count currently on the roads of the world. Switching to organic agriculture and better ranching practices is more a matter of changing minds and educating farmers. Not a small challenge but easier than discovering 10-20 times more rare earth resources that are economical to recover. -
i feel smarter after watching this lol
God bless
