12 yards of gravel stuck in my front yard. An F word or two if you have young ones turn the sound off. I only lived in the house for a month and did not know what the ground was like. The driver parked on the street and we walked the drive way. He thought he could do it, his choice to drive in. I never bitched to the driver about getting stuck. They gave me the 12 yards in the second truck for free. I spread it by hand, not them. Because they gave me the second truck for free I've gone back to them when ever I needed more gravel, over 20 times now.

and WTF did the customer think, the fucking 80,000 pound truck was just going to float over his property. Fucking idiots.
-
What was this guy a total noob. You couldn't see that ground was a fucking sponge. Should never put that truck there in the first place.

love how people are commenting "PictureTube" "Thumbs down because it's a slideshow", that clearly shows how much attention goes to the content itself that they dont even get to watch furter for the video, its like when people are disliking a video without even watching it
-
LOL cool

I bet the trailer park owner was pissed...
-
PictureTube?

Throw rock in the mud, will not last long that driveway...
-
I drive dump for a living, I would have got out, walked back there, looked at how wet it was and told you sorry, find someone else. I've done it many times.
-
Am wondering how he even made it that far back in the first place
-
gave you a thumbs down, because this is a slideshow and not a video
-
A SMART driver would have "back spread" from the road to give traction for loads that are to be by the house. Hope you got the truck company to pay for damages.

Looks awesome, hard work does payoff,

Excavate bad ground first and tip larger hardcore in to excavation ! stand the delivery truck on hard ground and work into your site, its not the haulage companies fault that you didn't know how to tackle the job ! Get the professionals in ! It works out cheaper in the long run cos you get VALUE for money. all ya got here is a load o trees all screwed up, a load o crap to excavate and two load o gravel that aint man enough for the job ! so ya gonna have to start over to get a good useable end result.

rock before the rain (simple) .

Scabs

You know what Bud? Your driveway looks pretty darn good now! Nice job!
-
Well How is it the drivers falt you had um back up in the mud? I think they did well getting that truck out of there
-
Actually when the ground is that bad they should have dumped it all by the street and the homeowner should have rented a bobcat/front end loader to bring it in and spread it.
-
Its just dirt and trees. Now worries. Look at the bright side, they dug you a nice trench to fill with more rock/gravel making the edge of your driveway sturdier. As for the trees, they didn't look that great anyway so no loss there.
