Monday-July 20 2015 W/B Fassler Dr. @HWY 1 in Pacifica California a dump truck filled with concrete waste rolled over heading westbound right before HWY 1 there are no reports of injuries at this time and the only damage at this time apears to be to the dump truck it self. It took clean up crews about two hours to clean up and reopen E/B Fassler to traffic.
