Go big or go home, on board PEED Equipment's CAT 5130B excavator over ex-ing a 25' deep trench, had to flat load this section before moving up and bench loading the 777F's, thought it was GoPro worthy!

I think I remember seeing that 5130B out on the backside of Carlsbad... those rock tracks made it look like it "skipped leg day" but still, what a beast!

The 5130 is such an awesome excavator.. but personally those cycle times would kill me haha. It seems to pass match the 100ton alright though.. Wondering if a couple of 775's would have been better?. What's he running for that spade bucket? Must be at least a 13yd3..

with the so called water shortage in CA, they sure use a lot of it to keep dust down on a job site, seems excessive to me.

Quite a machine here...just the boom-dipper and bucket is massive weight not counting the full bucket...like those tiger teeth on the bucket can't beat them for hard pan digging...Go Cat.

The water truck seems a bit excessive for the area... but with the others, curious what's going in there.

Everything is so big, and with nothing 'normal' size to compare - how big is the bucket he is using.? Is it me or are most of the 777F's not quite close enough to the ex. for an even load.
