This heavy machine gun can be obtained in level 42 Prison of Elders, during the weekly Challenge of the Elder bounty. I received this weapon as a reward for the 90,000 cumulative score bounty. Overall, I think this is an awesome heavy machine gun. It's not quite as good as the King's Fall raid machine gun, but very, very close. With the right perks, this would be a devastating PVP weapon, and will surely be a weapon to contend with during Iron Banner and Trials. The roll I got is good, but I think it could be even better. Hip fire could probably be replaced by something a bit more useful, but other than that I'm pleased with the drop I got.
