It would not surprise me if this was in Russia, from what i have seen on you tube are the worst drivers in the world.

Cars are supposed to pass on the left when it is safe to do so. If not, they should slow down and wait until safe. Impatient drivers drive way too fast and never want to hit the brakes. Also, the cyclists should have been on the shoulder, furthest to the right. Both parties were at fault, but the driver was behind them, hit and run, and broke traffic laws.

The truck driver was in the TURN ONLY LANE, but decided not to exit last second, illegally swapping lanes. The likely reason for not exiting could have been either excessive speed or inattention, which are both hazardous while driving. The cyclist did not look while swapping lanes and the signal was barely noticeable.
The truck driver is technically at fault here, though the cyclists could have avoided injury if they practiced caution. This is not a highway and it is legal for cyclists to be on this road. You can see other cyclists passing by in the video. -

If you pay attention there was a car traveling parallel to the left of the truck. The truck had no other option but to take evasive maneuvers and pass on the right to avoid hitting the bicyclists. In driving school they teach you very plainly and very clearly... if you're going to change lanes you need to signal AND LOOK before you change lanes. The bicyclist only signaled and immediately changed lanes without looking. The bicyclists caused the unsafe conditions and failed to observe his surroundings which caused the accident.

Quite frankly being on a bike on a major wide road and thinking you are invincible is trusting in God s bit far plus you moved over the truck didn't stop because unless he looked in his mirror he would unaware !!Expect you are dead now so you can't read this !
