We needed to change a rail and only had rails to long. So we got out the antique saw and drill and went to work. The old Racine tools still seem to get the job done just fine. Those days, box cars were made of wood, and men where made of iron. Those saws made a nice clean cut, no sparks flying that could cause brush fires or worse.
