I love your Tarmac truck, 4 wheel steering in the front, badass!
-
It would interesting to see some fabrication from sheets.....of things like restored fenders, shrouds, etc. Also, some real rivet work restoration.....! And, then there's the PITA work on the boilers....and their tubes....
-
Where is the coal mined, and how does it arrive at the show? Is it bituminus, anthracite, or coke....?

17:55 Someone's injector doesn't sound happy.

I believe the Tarmac is a bit low on power steering fluid.

Love the trucks

Big event, enjoyed watching it, thanks John!

Nice video! I do have a question about the steam lorry, how does it work? I know how steam engines work, but I'm wondering if it has a clutch and gear etc. I ride pre-war motorcycles with my dad and some of those don't have a clutch, which can be challenging, but with a big lorry that's a different story alltogether I can imagine.

Once again John a great video, thanks for sharing. Don't ever stop posting your videos they make my day.
-
10:37 Obviously FAKE. That's clever CGI or video special effects trickery. Women do not drive steam engines.
-
Thanks for taking us along to the rally! Great to see all that old iron!!! On a side note, that must be some extremely dense soil to not be rutting up with the rain and the heavy machines driving over it.

The cloud cover made for a dull looking day but it helps for video; thank you for bringing your camera and tripod!
