This machine is called a power trowel. It's purpose is to trowel the concrete. The Water was thrown onto the machine to ease in breaking the trowels free from the concrete. Don't be dicks on the camera these men are just trying to provide for there family's.

Actually they threw water around it so when they try to catch the handler the machine would lose grip so no one gets hurt.

The video seems funny but the commentary is reprehensible. What seems so hilarious behind a glass window probably wasn't so funny to the ones who could've been hurt by this machine. If the people filming this thought they could've done better, why didn't they?
