CMS2016 by PlayWay. A game of fun work, knock down walls with sledgehammer, smash buildings with wrecking ball or pour concrete. Not sure what this game has to do with simulator, but it's quite fun. FAR from simulation tho, it's very arcade. Good side is that it's fun, it runs smooth and doesn't crash like most of nowday games do.
