I was writing a program to cut the bottom off this part after I machined the majority of it in the last operation on the vise on the left. Mistakes can happen and this was the result. I missed the command to raise the head before it moved over.

I left the handle in the vise once too
I hit power up/restart it pushed the handle into the door and dragged the door it did the same thing as the vise in the video plus the door roller were jack up XD -
