he problem in the 1st one was the original program was for a piece of 120mm dia stock this piece was 125mm I changed the program so it didnt take a 5mm cut but forgot change the retract so it turned it down to 123mm then rapid in to 120mm and back 150mm. The problem in the 2nd one is the machine has a 4 station auto toolpost and tools get swapped about abit that means certain tools are not in the same position as the last time the program was run and I forgot to edit the program tool numbers resulting in a boring bar that thinks its a grooving tool.
