A "Re-Machined" highlights is this specially recorded live performance of 'Highway Star' by Chickenfoot, an American rock supergroup consisting of former Van Halen members Sammy Hagar (vocals) and Michael Anthony (bass), solo artist Joe Satriani (guitar) and Red Hot Chili Peppers drummer Chad Smith.

The best live version ever of this song, beats the crap out of even the best ever purple version in my opinion. All of them are superb. I cannot single any of them out - amazing!

This band is far better than Van Halen is now or maybe ever was?? But to do a song that is not yours and to make it sound like it is yours??? Well what a band and we must have another album and a real world tour for all to witness. Joe has serious MOJO , Sammy just keeps on motoring and Big Mike ?? Well now you know where the harmonies and high notes came from in VH . And Chad is better here then in RHCP whom I am not a fan. ChickenFoot = Finger Licking Good Rock & Roll.
