You forgot cut in / cut out pressure and to time the system from 85 to 100 psi to build pressure under 45 seconds and check system for moisture by bleeding the air tank.

do Not check parking brake first. just failed for doing so.

Ok I'm from Ohio about to take the class b air brake test do I only need to test the air leakage rate once no more than three psi

I have my driving test in a few days and I only have one shot. I noticed the truck i will be using is the same as yours the only difference i noticed is that i have a trailer brake I'm just hoping that doesn't change the brake test. If you could tell me that would be great thanks.

Will this work with all stuff being revised now in ca for class b??..

I'm in Michigan and recently failed my CDL B air brake test because I did not call out a governer cut in and cut out during the test. The governer cuts in when the air pressure drops below about 100 psi. It cuts out at about 120 psi. There is a 2013 revision to our manual that points this out in the front notes to the manual. The very old National Safety Council video depicts the air brake test including the governer test.

This a very helpful video. Is this an automatic trans? I'm about to start cdl lessons soon but I'm hoping I can drive an automatic because I never learned manual. Do you have any in cab inspections and pre trip videos?
