Great video dude very helpful

It's funny because I learned all of this in like 10th grade in my mechanics class. We spent the whole year building an engine for a lawn mower. Well, we took it apart, and put it back together. But I had no idea what the hell I was learning back then. But now that I'm watching these videos, it makes sense pretty quickly because of that class I took. So it's nice to know that information stays with you even if you aren't super attentive when initially learning it.

Dude this is really helpful. Thanks!

I can't believe they haven't improved on this technology. Why wouldn't they use compressed air instead of combustion?

So I go to to school for this stuff but still don't know, do modern engines still acquire most of their wear from start up? Or is it worse to sit idling? Rather, is it better on engine life to shut off the engine if you're waiting for example at a train, or is it better to leave it idle?

Super good explained!

your Channel is Just Perfect. thank you for your nice Videos. nice job body !
-
Videos are excellent and I find that I have to revisit them every so often.
-
the elaboration makes me more understanding nice one i love it
-
what limits the max rpm of an engine? what is the highest rpm achieved by a fossil fuel engine?
-
good job man!!!
-
Never understood how you add oil into the engine, that helps you not to burn the sides of you piston? Anyone can tell me?
-
I'm not an engineering student myself, but I enjoyed this video. I've taken a interest in cars and was looking for something that explains how they work. Nice job.
-
i have been watching your videos for the past two days. You did a nice job man

Video ideas for you in this section.... Stroke to rod ratios, Bore to stroke ratios, why smaller motors can turn higher RPMs easier, since you like honda you should mention that all of their motors rotated "backwards" up until the K series motors.

Intake, Compression, Power, Exhaust. = Suck, Squeeze, Bang, Blow. XD

Hi, thanks for the video but i would like to clarify something...
What causes the piston to go down in the first step? Is it the intake air that is pushing down the piston as the intake valve is opened? -
ur such a great teacher. is there anyway you can teach us about bike engines
-
It will be good if you mention it is a gasoline engine...

You should explian the difference between a spoon engine and a regular engine
