7. This idea was put forth prior to Massey. It looks like he got this idea from the Thomas Crowder theory in Time Life book "Feats and Wisdom of the Ancients" (isbn 0809476754). Massey is claiming a theory that is not his to claim.
8. Look up the Seige of Masada. A relatively small Roman army built a dirt and stone siege ramp up the side of a huge cliff in much less than a year. People have done practical tests, these stone blocks were easily moved with small teams of people. Temporary dirt and stone ramps were familiar to the Egyptians, it is believed they used the technique in much of their temple construction. In full scale tests of this water method I think you will discover major practical problems in almost every step.
9. This is a very good and analytical approach to looking at how they may have been made! Would like to know how the 20th century grade precision using granite and basalt was accomplished, as surely such a feet couldn't be done with copper tools?

13. I like this, and I could believe this being something done in the ancient world. Many people look at our heavy machines and think, "A Bobcat could move it but how could water" and forget more often then not how our big movers function. HYDRAULICS! The power of fluid pressure.
    
    While not all of this may have been used, you have to admit this makes a great deal of sense for just getting the block to the site. It would take less time, and men in a civilization that already uses water to transport most of their good.
    
    I would really like to see a project where they use some of the better explanations and build a small scale pyramid.

19. Anybody who worked on those pyramids, & didn't get to live in its finished legacy was a slave. I don't care how much they got paid, if they used laborers to build those pyramids, they were using slaves. This is the same problem with modern society. People swear that we live in times of equal employment, while generations of multi millionaires, (if not billionaires) retire, & die profiting from the launch of local business that employ minimum wage workers who'll too, die generation after generation making minimum wage for a billion dollar company. This modern slavery is proof that all we know as a species is how to enslave, & manipulate each other for personal gain.
