Machines | Broken Rental FAIL...or not
videos | at work | information | view | construction
We rented a small walk-behind trencher to do over 700 feet of trench work for the Toadstead's water supply lines. Well, we ran into a BIG problem when the trencher broke a bearing and threw it's chain.

Is all the open field yours? No trees around? This is another of your interesting projects. Being raised with boys (no sisters) and having 3 sons.. I think all the machines and plans are interesting.

Dude! I had the same problem. I had to reinstall the blade and realign the bar so it would stay on. But okay, they did you right with that machine.

Now that's the way customer service should be everywhere.

Good to see you were well taken care of. I work in a customer support role and it amazes me how many times the company puts road blocks up for the folks on the phone to get a relatively simple thing done. :)

Now that was Great of them to do that !!! Hey remind your Helper that you will never get Rich by Diigin' a ditch ( old Army saying)

Looks like things are coming together. Also looks like the weather is holding up for you.

Good to see a company step up. Get on that beast and work it while you have it.
