there was only four blades on the grader......front straight blade, main working blade and two wings. as others have pointed out, not the largest either

A 160M is no where near the biggest grader in the world.

160M smaller than a 14M, much smaller than a 16M

That is a CAT 16M grader which has a 16' mulboard, the largest production motor grader is the 24M grader which has a 24' mulboard, either can have wings attached making the 24M still bigger. The largest grader ever made is the ACCO grader but it was never produced. The largest produced grader was the Champion 100T which had a 24' mulboard which towards the end of the run was upgraded to a 28' mulboard.
