Erick I have an electrical problem with my 98 nissa Altima, I get only 7.46 voltage on the power wire that runs the distributor, i know that the wire suppose to run 12 volts to start the engine, but the wired thing is that i hased that wire to the ecu, and applied 12 vols from a power probe and the car start, what can be the problem? or anyone can help me I really appreciate

I'm in the early stage of an apprenticeship, and while this was remedial stuff for me these explanations still kind of help (mind replacing a guy I work with?)

Useless video. I need to know more about how the battery connects to the fuse box(es) and relays and you didn't mention this at all. My fucking truck won't start and its all glitched the fuck out and the battery is new, starter is good, alternator is good but it's all wacked the fuck out when I turn the key to start it. How is the computer connected to the electrical system? You don't talk about any of this shit.

I bought the Haynes book for my car, and the electrical diagrams don't tell me enough information. So I subscribed to alldatadiy, and a little better, but still not everything;so I got a refund. I want to know how everything is interconnected from the power distribution box to every switch, sensor, etc; as well as the logic associated with all the devices. I want to know the temperature where the cooling fans turn on, the ohm reading of sensors .I feel like the auto manufacturers like to keep us in the dark, so we just give up and take our cars to the dealships. I was so pissed a little while ago because I was trying to troubleshoot my electrical system, and the drawing of the power distribution box under the hood isn't even accurate; it shows fuses and relays where there aren't any. Why so they even bother with such a manual. Where can I get comprehensive diagrams?

And while that is happening to the injectors are not spraying gas for them to fire for the engine to turn over

I love the fact that i knew most if not all of that already :) i loved learning about all of that since i was a kid because i remember always bugging my father or every mechanic i saw working on our cars.... whats this, how does it work etc.

Awesome vid. I understood more about the electrical sys of my car now when I need to install electrical systems like led/s or underglow interior lights.

Thanks eric

Great vid! Lost me after the two big wire part! : D I'll watch it a few ore times! I live on the coast of Lake Erie, we get pounded by lake snow in the winter, it's like Alaska here sometimes! So I always put a big Diehard battery in my cars. I get that from my father, he always said,"Put a new battery in there!"

Thanks sir you are most respected for me

Positive to neg flow is know as conventional flow.(how we have been taught and wiring diagrams show)
Actual electrical flow is neg to positive through the movement of electrons which are negative charge known as Actual Flow. -
