I had to laugh when they said the ABU was a good uniform...utter failure would be a better description. There's a reason why they dumped it. USMC's is the best, and the multicam that the SOCOM prefers is next.

In China , my police get shot and died , even they wear body armour , many people think the quality is bad . But the gov never admit . I think only war can proof they make fake one . Lucky in America they care soldiers life.

I'm surprised the military is still contracting through Point Blank for body armor after what the company owner did a few years ago. Cutting corners, using less material to save money. The armor was junk.

The v-shaped hull is NOT an Oshkosh innovation whatsoever, it was first used in the 60s in South Africa and has been used ever since.

Graphine will be the best new armour technology and battery technology. They are thinking of adding a graphine layer outside 80% of armoured vehicles.

so what happens to armor when the railgun becomes small/advanced enough to be deployed on the ground? i think all of this armor tech is awesome, but depleted uranium coated in 50 layers of kevlar couldnt block it, and its too fast (mach 6+) for any currrent active shielding system to even block it in time
