Where do we even find breeders anymore???? I'm always amazed at how people can rescue hamsters more than anything else. I can't even find rat breeders. Only rabbits, dogs and cats. Even syrians are hard to find (or they aren't from a breeder at all).
I live somewhere far away from all the breeders.... and there's not even a shelter taking care of rodents like hamsters in my country, what a shame. I wish I could rescue them. Everyone always tell me to shut up and look up on the internet but did they even search for real? All forums are dead since 2011 and no one seem to breed anymore, there's just suspicious hamsters they got by mistake for adoption or sick ones...
At least I know one pet shop that tries to take care of the pets more than usual pet shops do but then again it's a matter of luck... MY first dwarf hamster was doing perfectly fine and lived almost 3 years, my second gets quite easily sick :c -
